Where accommodation is described as “ski-in/ski-out”, this assumes that you can ski to at least an intermediate standard and that snow and other local conditions permit skiing to and/or from the accommodation.

Resort maps and accommodation locations shown on our website are provided as a guide only and should not be regarded as exact. Any distances and journey or transfer times shown are approximate and are provided for guidance only.

Any star ratings or other accommodation classifications shown on our website are those provided to us by the accommodation provider, relevant principal or supplier, or applicable local or national classification body. Rating and classification systems vary between countries and should not necessarily be regarded as equivalent to those used in the UK.

Where internet or Wi-Fi access is stated to be available at accommodation, its availability, speed, reliability and coverage may vary and may be affected by circumstances outside our control. Unless expressly confirmed otherwise as part of your booking, we do not guarantee that internet access will be uninterrupted or suitable for any particular purpose.

Information or assessments concerning snow conditions, snow reliability, snowfall, weather, climate, piste or lift conditions, or the likelihood or extent of skiing being available are not a guarantee of the conditions which will be experienced at any particular time. Weather and snow conditions can vary significantly from historical averages and forecasts, and lift, piste and ski-area opening may be affected by weather, snow conditions, operational decisions and other circumstances outside our control. Weather forecasts, snow reports and other information concerning current or expected conditions reflect the information available, or the relevant assessment, at the time of publication and may subsequently change.

Travel bookings 

Any travel arrangements which you book through us will be subject to the terms and conditions applicable to your booking. Where your contract for your travel arrangements is with Snow-wise Limited, our Booking Conditions will apply. Where we act as agent for another tour operator or supplier, our Agency Terms of Business and the relevant principal’s or supplier’s terms and conditions will apply.

All travel arrangements are subject to availability and confirmation. Information concerning prices and availability on this website does not constitute an offer and may change before your booking is confirmed. Submitting an enquiry or request through this website does not create a booking or other contract for travel arrangements.

Privacy 

We will process personal information collected through or in connection with your use of this website in accordance with our Privacy Notice. Full details of how we collect, use, share and protect personal information, and of your rights in relation to it, are set out in our Privacy Notice.

Governing law and jurisdiction 

If you live in England or Wales, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your home jurisdiction or in the courts of England and Wales. If you live outside the United Kingdom, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under the laws applicable in your country of residence.
